CORE VALUES™

This team-based, semester long, writing intensive simulation allows students to make real-world ethical decisions as executives in a fictitious company.

Core Values comprehensive simulation requires a high level of communication with team members and demonstrates how ethical decisions affect the financial standing of a corporation.

HOW CORE VALUES WORK

The Core Values curriculum is:

Team based - together, players resolve five to eight topic-based dilemmas
Writing intensive - each dilemma requires a writing assignment and the critique of work of each team member
Measured - all decisions are linked to a financial scorecard
One semester – the game time averages one to three hours per dilemma

Core values is designed to be used with the groundbreaking textbook, “Everyday Ethics” by EthicsGame founder, Dr. Catharyn A. Baird.
